Learning objectives:

Acquire knowledge of the fundamental elements of the interpersonal communication process
Deepen the aspects of interpersonal communication, with particular attention to those inherent in the relationship process
Acquire basic methodological knowledge, with particular attention to non-standard techniques, to develop the awareness necessary to be able to interact methodically, within an organization, with a specific user.
